Three types of wheel construction

1 PIECE[1 PIECE WHEEL]
Everything from the rim flange to the face is molded as a single piece. It is easy to ensure rigidity and high strength, making it suitable for sports driving. The manufacturing process is simple, so it has excellent cost performance. It is also called a monoblock structure.

2 PIECE[2 PIECE WHEEL]
It is made up of two parts, the rim and the disk. In the case of a two piece of WORK, you can freely select the inset as long as it is within the inset movable range. For details, please see [Order INSET]. Also, since it is divided into the rim and disk, custom orders are possible. (Painting and processing of the disk / changing the anodizing specifications of the rim part / laser processing, etc.)

3 PIECE[3 PIECE WHEEL]
It is made up of three parts: outer rim, inner rim, and disk. The inset is determined by the combination of the outer rim, inner rim, and disk. There are many rim width options available, making it suitable for customized vehicles such as wide fenders. Like the 2-piece, custom orders are possible.

Disc shapes go beyond R, A, and O!
WORK disks are based on R, A, and O as standard, but some products also have other disk shapes, with a total of nine types, from T to W, in order of the highest mounting surface. Even if you are not equipped with a BIG CALIPER, depending on the wheel size and disk shape you select, there is a possibility that it may interfere with the CALIPER, so to prevent this, "Limit Disk" is displayed during the "WORK Matching Search". If the disk shape displayed as "Limit Disk" has a shallower rim, it can be installed without interfering with the CALIPER.

The most difficult thing to decide when customizing is the choice of color variations. Choosing a color is, so to speak, an act of self-expression and presence.

In addition to the color of the disk, we also fully support rims, laser processing, and special P.C.D. processing so that they can be installed on foreign cars. TPMS compatible processing
WORK offers free TPMS processing at the time of purchase.
TPMS is an abbreviation for Tire Pressure Monitoring System. It is a system that directly measures the tire pressure and temperature with a sensor inside the transmitter and wirelessly sends the information to a receiver on the vehicle body to notify the driver of any abnormalities. In 2000, the "TREAD Act," a regulation on automobile safety, was enacted in the United States, and from September 2007, 100% of new cars sold in the United States were required to be equipped with TPMS. Due to the expansion of demand in the US market, it has also been made legal in Europe and China. Legalization is also being considered in Japan. Before the legalization is decided, WORK accepts free TPMS processing at the time of product purchase.
(TPMS additional processing [5,500 yen / piece] (tax included) is also possible)
In addition, for 2-piece and 3-piece wheels, a hole is drilled toward the inner side of the well part on the opposite side to the air valve, and a tire pressure sensor (TPMS) is installed. It's like having two air valves, one inside and one outside.
