Regarding the installation of our wheels on the new Nissan Elgrand (5H-114.3/M12 nut specification), we have taken into account the burden on the undercarriage (from a safety perspective) due to the increased weight of the vehicle, and we would like to inform you of the following ``recommendations'' when installing them.
This decision will be made with the safety of our customers as our top priority, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Target model: Nissan New Elgrand (E53 2026/7~ All grades)
Reason: Increased burden on stud bolts due to increased vehicle weight, and to ensure safety in terms of load capacity.
Recommendation:
It is recommended to install a hub collar for Nissan
When installing a wheel that is not designed specifically for the hub, if you do not use a hub collar, a large load will be placed on the stud bolts, and in the worst case, there is a risk of the bolts breaking.
It is recommended not to use aluminum nuts
There are concerns about the strength of aluminum nuts in terms of their load capacity relative to the vehicle weight.
Requests regarding installation and sales:
Purchasing and installation are at the discretion of the customer, but in order to ensure safe use, we strongly recommend that when installing wheels on applicable vehicle models, install Nissan hub collars and avoid using aluminum nuts.
