FOR CUSTOMERS
・ All rim replacement requests are accepted via WORK product dealers. Please contact your nearest WORK product dealer.
Please note that we do not accept direct inquiries.
-Shipping fee and tire attachment / detachment / balance work fee incurred when replacing the rim are required separately.
･ Rim replacement may not be possible depending on the degree of damage such as distortion of the disc. Please note.
・ For MEISTER M1 (18 / 16inch) / CR01 / EQUIP 01/03/40, part of the paint may peel off when the rim is replaced, so please contact your WORK product dealer.
・ VS XV ・ WORK ZISTANCE W5S of S / W group is compatible with replacement of outer rim only. The inner rim cannot be replaced.
・ Rim replacement may not be possible depending on the degree of damage such as distortion of the disc. Please note.
-Since the rim will be new after replacement, the color, luster, shape, etc. may differ from the wheel you are using.
･ Replacement of 2-piece products is a one-time service.
・ Please note that damaged (replaced) rims will not be returned.
・ For safety reasons, we may not be able to accept rim replacement for wheels that have been rim-processed or modified by someone other than our company in the past.
・We cannot accept rim replacements for products that have been discontinued for more than 8 years.
Also, we will not be able to accept requests if the rim is no longer in production, even if it has been within 8 years after the end of production.
You can check the year of discontinuation on the "List of discontinued products" in WHEEL SEARCH at the bottom of the homepage of our website.
・ If it is within the warranty period when purchasing a new product, we will continue the warranty only within that range. (A new warranty will not be issued after the rim is replaced.)
* 3 PIECE product S / W set type rim replacement is possible only for outer rims

・We cannot accept rim replacements for products that have been discontinued for more than 8 years.
Also, we will not be able to accept requests if the rim is no longer in production, even if it has been within 8 years after the end of production.

-In consideration of safety, WORK will check whether the rim can be replaced with the actual product.
-We will contact the store that handles all confirmation results and other contact information, so please do not delay contacting the customer.
・ Products will be shipped from WORK to the stores that handle them. Please pay from the handling store to the customer.
・ Be sure to remove the tires, caps, valves, etc., and protect the disc from scratches before shipping.
･ Please contact the call center for shipping address and exchange details.
・ We will reply to you after confirming the actual product.
