The "TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GR86/BRZ Cup" will be contested with new machines and regulations in 2021. The third round of the 2024 series was held at Fuji Speedway in Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture from July 13th (Sat) to 14th (Sun), 2024.

In qualifying, in dry conditions, Kishimoto aimed for pole position, but
he was unable to keep a good distance between the yellow flag and the car in front,
and finished 8th in Group B and 16th overall.

Kishimoto said, "I was able to reaffirm the importance of getting a clear lap in the qualifying rounds. I will continue to improve my mental and technical skills through simulator training, and aim to win the next race, the Tokachi Tournament." He spoke with great determination.
