However, the development process wasn't always smooth. The greatest feature of the SCHWERT BRUNNEN LX is that it avoids the surface machining that many wheels undergo. While machining can easily achieve a sharp, lustrous finish, it also reduces design freedom and results in thick, flat spokes.

WORK is always striving to achieve the ultimate aesthetic beauty possible only through casting. We chose not to machine the spoke tips to achieve the utmost thinness and sharpness.
However, this puts enormous strain on the mold. "The pursuit of a thin, beautiful design increases the risk of mold cracking." Amid this dilemma, through repeated trial and error, we found the miraculous balance between strength and beauty.This wheel embodies the passion of the developers and the determination of the craftsmen.
