RE-BARREL

FOR CUSTOMERS

・All re-barrel requests are available via WORK dealers. Please contact your nearest WORK dealer. We do not accept direct requests.
・Please keep in mind that shipping, tire removal and balance are extra costs.
・In some cases, re-barrel may not be possible (discontinued product, etc.)
・Re-barrel process may not be possible in case of center disc damaged.
・Please keep in mind, that the new barrel may have a slightly different color, glossy finish or shape.
・2 piece re-barrel is only possible one time.
・We donot return the damaged (replaced) rim.
・For customer's safety, we may decline to re-barrel in case of manufactured or fixed barrel.
・During the warranty term, we keep our warranty things. (We don't make new warranty document after re-barrel.)

FOR DEALERS

・For safety, WORK will check the re-barrel by actual products that available or not.
・We keep you updated on the progress. Please let the customer know as soon as possible.
・Wheels will be shipped from WORK to you. Please deliver the wheels to the customer.
・Please remove the tire, the center cap and the valve from the wheel before shipping, and pack the wheel carefully to avoid damage center discs.
・Please contact our call-center for shipping address and re-barrel information.
・We will give you a final schedule after checking the wheels.
